Unclean spirits and the world
The folly of Lucifer and his followers is that they know God is the absolute authority, who is in command of the Creation, and who had already judged and cast them out of heaven eternally.
And they know they can do nothing about that.
They also know and have seen God’s unfathomable love for man, whom He placed at the center of the Creation. Perhaps, the very cause for the first rebellion?
Lucifer and gang, for sure, know the disoriented nature of the fallen man. They know if they can distort man’s intellect, will or conscience, his desire will point to false things to worship, and he will lose his soul. And this, they know, will hurt God.
The onus is on the called out one to unite his suffering and trials with Jesus’ suffering for the salvation of the world and for the grace to increase in obedience, faith and holiness so that the unclean spirits lose their influence over the intellect, will and conscience of the world.
Job 9:14-15
How dare I plead my cause, then,
or choose arguments against him?
Suppose I am in the right, what use is my defence?
For he whom I must sue is judge as well.

kojoj je prijetilo uništenje
zbog odvratnih grijeha koje su ljudi činili.

To je usporilo njezine korake
i pogled joj usmjerilo na ono što je ostalo iza. Pretvorila se u stup od soli.

Osoba koja neprestano plače nad grijesima
koje je već ispovjedila
i za njih dobila odrješenje
i stalno im se svojim mislima vraća,
nikad neće osjetiti radost otkupljenja
i slobodu opraštanja.
Ono što Gospodin po svom svećeniku odriješi,
treba od sebe otpustiti.
Tko se neprestano u svojoj glavi i srcu
svađa s onima koji su ga u prošlosti povrijedili,
teško da će otkriti ljepotu života.
Valja postići slobodu
od onog što se dogodilo u prošlosti.
Jednostavno zbog toga jer je prošlost prošla.
Nje više nema.
Ako ne pustim svoju prošlost,
ako se trajno okrećem natrag,
činim da se moj život postupno pretvara
u beživotni kameni stup.
Tko živi u prošlosti,
on propušta sadašnjost
i teško da će otkriti ljepotu budućnosti.
Ako živim u jučer,
ako mislim o jučer,
ako mojim životom upravljaju osjećaji od prekjučer – nema me danas.
Ja sam rob prošlosti.

‘The devil IS alive and undermining Catholic Church’
warns Pope Francis

The devil is alive and well and working overtime to undermine the Roman Catholic Church, Pope Francis has declared as he appeals to Catholics to pray to stop the devil.
Pope Francis wrote in the document: ”We should not think of the devil as a myth, a representation, a symbol, a figure of speech or an idea. This mistake would lead us to let down our guard, to grow careless and end up more vulnerable.”
The Church has recently been hit by one sexual abuse scandal after another, from Germany to the United States, to Chile. At the same time, a deepening polarisation between conservatives and liberals in the Church has played out on social media.
Francis’ use of the term ”the great accuser” to describe Satan hit a raw nerve with one of the pope’s harshest conservative critics, Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò, the Vatican’s former ambassador to Washington.
In an 11-page statement published on August 26, Viganò launched an unprecedented broadside by a Church insider against the pope and a long list of Vatican and U.S. Church officials.
He accused Francis of knowing about sexual misconduct by a former U.S. cardinal with male adult seminarians but not doing anything about it.
Viganò, concluding his former boss had singled him out as the devil in disguise, complained in his next statement that Francis ”compared me to the great accuser, Satan, who sows scandal and division in the Church, though without ever uttering my name”.

On Sunday, a top Vatican official issued a scathing open letter accusing Viganò of mounting a ”political frame job devoid of a real foundation” and contesting his accusations against the pope point by point.
Francis is so convinced that Satan is ultimately to blame for both the sexual abuse scandals and the divisions within the Church that he has enlisted the aid of spiritual big gun – St. Michael the Archangel. Michael is mentioned several times in the Bible as the leader of the angels who ousted Lucifer, the fallen angel, from paradise.
Catholics are being asked to recite the rosary daily in October and conclude it with a prayer to St. Michael that was said after Mass until 1964 but then fell into disuse.
The prayer reads: ”St. Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle. Be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil. May God rebuke him, we humbly pray, and do thou, O Prince of heavenly hosts, by the power of God, thrust into hell Satan, and all evil spirits, who prowl about the world seeking the ruin of souls.”

Vječni Oče, prikazujem ti predragocjenu krv tvojega božanskoga Sina Isusa Krista, zajedno sa svim svetim misama koje se danas slave po čitavu svijetu, za duše u čistilištu, za grešnike u Crkvi, za grešnike u mojoj kući i u mojoj obitelji te za svu nerođenu djecu. Amen. *
Na kraju svake desetice završiti sa sljedećom molitvom:
Presveto Srce Isusovo, otvori srca i um grešnika za istinu i svjetlo Božje. Bezgrešno Srce Marijino, moli za obraćenje grešnika i za cijeli svijet.

Sljedeću deseticu započeti s Očenaš.
Isus je obećao sv. Gertrudi da će svaki put kada se izmoli ova molitva – pa i ako se izmoli više puta dnevno – osloboditi tisuću duša iz čistilišta. U ovoj krunici ta se molitva moli pedeset puta. Ako se ova krunica izmoli samo jedanput, Isus će osloboditi 50 000 duša iz čistilišta.
Sveta Gertruda mnogo je molila za siromašne duše u čistilištu. Misama, pokorom i dobrim djelima mnogim dušama je skratila čistilišne muke i otvorila im vrata nebeska. Dok bi svećenik na svetoj misi podizao hostiju, ona bi molila: “Gospodine, Sveti Oče, prikazujem Ti svetu hostiju za sve one koji su na zemlji, u čistilištu i na Nebu…” U tome trenutku promatrala bi mnoge izbavljenike na prolazu iz čistilišnih muka u Nebo.

Novena to St. Margaret of Antioch
Novenas
St. Margaret of Antioch was one of the saints who appeared to St. Joan of Arc. She is the patron saint against sterility, of the dying, and of pregnancy, labor, and childbirth. Her feast day is July 20th.
PREPARATORY PRAYER
Almighty and eternal God! With lively faith and reverently worshipping Your Divine Majesty, I prostrate myself before You and invoke with filial trust Your supreme generosity and mercy.
Illuminate the darkness of my intellect with a ray of Your Heavenly light and inflame my heart with the fire of Your Divine Love, that I may contemplate the great virtues and merits of the Saint in whose honor I make this novena, and following their example imitate, as they did, the life of Your Divine Son.
Moreover, I beseech You to graciously grant me, through the merits and intercession of this powerful Helper, the petition which through them I humbly place before You, devoutly saying, “Thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven.”
Vouchsafe graciously to hear it, if it is to Your greater glory and the salvation of my soul. Amen.

St. Margaret of Antioch was one of the saints who appeared to St. Joan of Arc. She is the patron saint against sterility, of the dying, and of pregnancy, labor, and childbirth. Her feast day is July 20th.
PREPARATORY PRAYER
Almighty and eternal God! With lively faith and reverently worshipping Your Divine Majesty, I prostrate myself before You and invoke with filial trust Your supreme generosity and mercy.
Illuminate the darkness of my intellect with a ray of Your Heavenly light and inflame my heart with the fire of Your Divine Love, that I may contemplate the great virtues and merits of the Saint in whose honor I make this novena, and following their example imitate, as they did, the life of Your Divine Son.
Moreover, I beseech You to graciously grant me, through the merits and intercession of this powerful Helper, the petition which through them I humbly place before You, devoutly saying, “Thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven.”
Vouchsafe graciously to hear it, if it is to Your greater glory and the salvation of my soul. Amen.

O God, grant us through the intercession of Your holy virgin and martyr Margaret, the graces necessary to undauntedly confess the Faith, carefully observe chastity in our state of life, and overcome the temptations of the world, the devil, and the flesh, and thereby escape the punishments of eternal damnation. Amen.

St. Margaret, holy virgin and martyr, faithfully did you preserve the robe of holy innocence and purity, valiantly resisting all the flattery and allurements of the world for the love of your Divine Spouse, Jesus Christ. Help me to overcome all temptations against the choicest of all virtues, holy purity. Help me to remain steadfast in the love of Christ, in order to preserve this great gift of God. Implore for me the grace of perseverance in prayer, distrust of myself, and flight from the occasions of sin. Finally, I beg that you obtain for me the grace of a good death, so that in Heaven I may “follow the Lamb wherever He goes.” Amen.
