Srce Isusovo i Marijino pozorno slušaju vaše molitve.)
    3 puta ponovite ovu molitvu:
Presveto Trojstvo , Oče, Sine i Duše Sveti, ja ti prikazujem Tijelo, Krv, Dušu i Božanstvo Isusa Krista, prisutna u svim tabernakulima svijeta u naknadu za uvrede, svetogrđa i nehaje kojima vas vrijeđaju. U Ime neizmjernih zasluga Presvetog Isusova i Marijina Srca, molim Vas za obraćenje jadnih grešnika.

    ........... Countdown to Christmas ...........
    SATURDAY, DECEMBER 8, IMMACULATE CONCEPTION
❤️ The light of the moon will be like that of the sun and the light of the sun will be seven times greater (like the light of seven days). On the day the Lord binds up the wounds of His people, He will heal the bruises left by His blows. (Isaiah 30:26)
    🙏 Reflection
God, while His ways are still mysterious to us, is not on the sidelines of our lives. Just as Isaiah predicted, He has come, in Jesus, to bind up the hurt of His people, and through Jesus’ presence is still active in the world.
    🕊 Advent Action
Find an opportunity today to be the hands of God, and "bind up" someone’s hurt. Say a kind word and listen with compassion to someone who is suffering.
Before going to bed, say a decade of the rosary for your mother.
    🎄 Prayer
Lord, flood me with Your light, and help me to brighten the lives of those whom I find most dark.

    🕊....... Countdown To Christmas ........🕊
    Second Sunday of Advent
    Dec 9, 2018
❤️ As we continue our meditations on hope in this season of Advent, I once again borrow an insight from Fr. Benedict Groeschel's beautiful book After This Life. This insightful teacher, preacher, and writer alludes to words Christ spoke to his followers at the Last Supper (Jn 14:1-7), beginning with the familiar assurance:
"Let not your hearts be troubled; believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father's house are many rooms; if it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you? And when I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to myself, that where I am you may be also."
These heartening words from our Savior are "simultaneously the promise of eternal joy in our heavenly father's home and the preparation for the horrible torture and life-giving death of his Son" (p. 83). As we meditate on these words, says Fr. Groeschel:
. . . we discover ourselves immersed in horror and death, in failure and desolation — it is as if we are drowning. But we find we are soon brought with Christ out of the depths to everlasting hope and to something almost too exalted for us to imagine: life eternal for sinful man.
Life eternal: this is a thought beyond the comprehension of creatures who live in our dying world. It is a possibility beyond all human hope, and it is offered to us despite the fact that even the best of us — the great saints among us — can never be worthy of it.
St. Paul addresses the Colossians with a similar message of hope:
We always thank God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, when we pray for you, because we have heard of your faith in Christ Jesus and the love which you have for all the saints, because of the hope laid up for you in heaven. Of this you have heard before in the word of the truth, the gospel which has come to you, as indeed in the whole world it is bearing fruit and growing — so among yourselves, from the day you heard and understood the grace of God in truth.
    — Col 1:3-6
    💞Question for Reflection/ActionCommitment
Why should we not "let our hearts be troubled"?
    Light a Candle
    Let us pray.
🙂 Lord, watch over your people, who come to you in confidence. Strengthen the hearts of those who hope in you. Give courage to those who falter because of their failures. In this holy season of Advent, lead them closer to you in hope, by the power of your Holy Spirit. May they one day proclaim your saving acts of kindness in your eternal kingdom. Amen.
